Soooo, if you didn’t know I’m moving into my own flat for my third year at uni – eeek!! I’ve never lived entirely by myself before so this might’ve been the worst idea ever on my part but I have been wanting to do this for so, so long … partly so I can cook dinner in my ‘Where’s Wally?’ PJs if I so wish but also so that I could go a tad wild on new homeware items. This is less of a chatty post for me and more of an artsy medley but I wanted to try something new and to be honest, I blummin’ love it so far. I’m going to talk through what I think were my mega bargains from each section but besides that just feel free to have a nosey around. Let’s get into it shall we …
So, for this section I would 100% say that my lamp is my mega favourite purchase. I picked up a glass globe lamp from IKEA last year and smashed it within a few days of moving in, so for my new flat I thought I’d maybe so a bit more practical and I am in LOVE with this bad boy from Wilkos. It was only £15 which I discovered throughout my gruelling hunt for a new lamp is actually really cheap so I was pretty chuffed with this purchase and, I mean it’s rose gold, how could I not be?!

From this section I think it’s fair to say I looooveee my photo frames so, so, so much. I have been a lover of displaying my pictures for as long as I can remember but finding affordable, nice frames is really difficult, so I snatched up a lovely little collection as soon as I saw these ones in Next the other week.

I am also a serious fresh bedding lover, so when I found this gorgeous set from John Lewis it went straighttt in my basket!! I haven’t actually ever had bedding this white because I am a serial coffee spiller so fingers crossed I manage to at least go a week without pouring a latte all over it!

While this was a much more different style of post from me I hope you enjoyed it nevertheless because it took absolutely ages to work my way around photoshop and design the background since I’m not the most tech-savvy of people! If you did pop me a comment either below or on my Instagram post so that I can try and whip out more posts similar to this in the future. I hope you all have a lovely rest of your week and that this has given any returning university homeware lovers some inspo,
Lots of love, hugs and happy reading,
